This says to me that treatment quality is more weighted to infection chance than that new stat in UA17. It resulted on average 98% treatment quality and no infection. Mind you, I tested a lvl 11 doctor using glitter meds with the outside medical sleeping spot. Normal floors are like 50% while outside with medical sleeping spot is 100%. Playing around with the sterile floors and spotless hygiene will cap this stat at 33%. It mentions this stat called "room tend infection chance factor" which is based off the rooms flooring and cleanliness (I did some testing). Most confusingly, immunity gain speed and immunity gain speed factor are seperate stats although they're related. In previous alphas, immunity gain speed factor was shown after you open up the information menu for the medical bed. A cut is a place for something to enter the body from. I'm not 100% sure but i think its happened. Im not 100% sure, but i wanna say some non-bleeding injuries have gotten infections in A17. Also it seems that only bleeding injuries could get infected in A16. Only if you didnt treat the injury quickly enough did it ever result in an infection. In A16 a quick bandage never got infected.
